Returns and Refunds

RETURNS

If for any reason you're not happy with your product or find that your order arrived in poor condition, we make it easy to return it. To qualify for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:

Return Conditions
  • The order must be returned within a maximum of 5 business days after delivery.
  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it. We suggest you provide proof of the condition of your order with any supporting documentation you believe may justify your return.
  • Products must be in their original box or packaging.

If the product(s) meet all of the above specifications, you can return it by following the steps below:

  • Send an email to tuluminati@hotmail.com with your order details and a list of the reasons why you require a return. We will confirm if your particular case is eligible for a return and detail the steps to follow.
  • Pack your order in its original box.
  • We'll send you a guide, which you should print and attach to the package. You'll then need to deliver the package to the appropriate courier company.

Once the package is received at our warehouse and the conditions for your return are confirmed, we can proceed with the refund for your order.

REFUNDS

If all the conditions and steps mentioned above are met, Tuluminati will refund the amount paid. The refund method used depends on the payment method originally chosen by the customer:

  • Online credit/debit card: Refunds will be issued to the same card.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be made to the account from which the payment was issued.
  • Bank Transfer: Refunds will be sent via bank transfer to the same account from which the payment was received. We will need to confirm your bank details. If the account provided by the customer does not match the one that issued the original payment, the refund cannot be processed.
  • Deposit, OXXO, Cash: will be refunded by deposit to account (we will ask for your CLABE account).

The customer will be refunded the cost of the product, less the initial shipping costs, which will be covered by the customer. Tuluminati will cover the return shipping costs.

In the event that the product shipped is defective or the order is incorrect, Tuluminati will also refund the initial shipping costs. The only condition is that these defects must be confirmed by the Tuluminati team upon receipt of the product at our warehouse.

SIZE CHANGES

If you need to exchange a size, it is essential to fill out the shipping guide to replace the product. Likewise, the article or articles to be exchanged must meet the following conditions:
